The project includes the development of a vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding system through a unified branding strategy.
A combination of bold and unique wayfinding signage has been applied across the campus. There are alphabetical identifiers that are used to pinpoint the multiple buildings which enables easy visitor navigation.
Colour codes are used to demarcate the zones and blocks, serving as their secondary identity. This color-coded zoning is reflected on the signs within each zone, with the BCA logo etched on the side of each sign.
A unique trait of this wayfinding project is the parametric ribbing form. The parametric design on the signage adds character to the BCA Braddell Campus and gives it a modern and futuristic personality.
The vehicular signage pylons with a modern silhouette and inset lighting indicate the areas that lie ahead.
Pairing with branded place-making elements, the wayfinding strategy forms a unique spatial narrative which is an integral part of the visitor experience. This affirms a sense of identity for Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
