IMMORTAL developed a wayfinding strategy that strengthens navigation while contributing to a cohesive and recognisable user experience.

Designed to align with the development's brand blueprint and architectural language, the system supports intuitive movement while reinforcing the identity of INNOVATE @ UBI.

Placing users at the centre of the journey, the strategy was shaped through research into movement patterns and key decision points. A layered hierarchy of touchpoints guides users throughout the development.

Identity markers establish arrival, while directional, directory, and environmental graphics guide users through shared spaces. Clear differentiation between the North and South Wings strengthens orientation, while a hierarchy of touchpoints creates a more seamless navigation experience.

Rooted in the project's brand identity, the wayfinding system reinforces a cohesive visual language, creating an intuitive navigation experience that complements the architectural design.

A low energy and universal design approach informed the wayfinding strategy, ensuring signage remains visible, intuitive, and accessible.  Thoughtful lighting, clear visual hierarchy, and carefully positioned touchpoints support effortless navigation for all users.

By integrating wayfinding with the project's brand identity, IMMORTAL created a navigation system that extends beyond functionality. The result is a cohesive user experience where branding, architecture, and navigation come together to strengthen both orientation and a lasting sense of place.
