IMMORTAL shaped the cultural and navigational identity of Singapore Airlines’ refreshed First Class SilverKris Lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 2, creating an experience that feels calm, intuitive and distinctly rooted in the airline’s heritage.
The arrival sequence is defined by a 20-metre Batik Wall featuring 97 laser-cut plexiglass flowers inspired by native Singapore blooms. A gentle lighting rhythm animates the artwork, creating a memorable landmark that guides guests into the lounge.
Inside, batik motifs appear in refined expressions — etched canopies, wrapped alcoves and patterned surfaces — adding depth and visual coherence while maintaining the lounge’s elegant First Class atmosphere.
We designed a suite of premium signage and pictograms that support easy movement through the lounge. Each element is understated, precise and aligned with the interior architecture, ensuring guidance never disrupts the calm environment.
In the Family Room, we introduced a cheerful environment centred on Singapore Airlines’ “Beary” character. Vibrant graphics and tactile play features create a safe, engaging space that sparks imagination and comfort for families.
