A bijou retail mall was added to the front of the building. Immortal coined the name NTP+ (read as "NTP Plus") for this retail concept. A new logo, in orange, blue and green, captures a sense of variety and vibrancy, whereas the name New Tech Park was retained in a dark blue font for familiarity and the commercial tenants.
Using the NTP+ acronym brings a contemporary feel, while the plus visual icon reflects the value the mall brings to the surrounding community.
It is attractively located amidst greenery just opposite from the entrance to Lorong Chuan MRT Station.
The development was revamped to include a compact neighbourhood retail mall with F&B and lifestyle retail offerings. A new contemporary facade was designed by ONG&ONG, greatly enhancing the building's kerb appeal.
